Regarding the recent Emerg Alert, my wife said she was minutes away from calling in my disappearance when I took my camera before daylight & went for a 25 kms walk.
My phone was going dead. I was gone hours.
That's not the only time I've done that. I forget the time, and am engrossed in nature taking photos and nature shots with my camera.
One day, the alerts will be for me.
