Cour d'assises

As Petit Louis gives up his work as a carpenter, he travels to the Côte d'Azur and finally finds an old coquette who has acquired a small fortune, named Comtesse Dorval. A little later he meets the prostitute Lulu, whom he brings as his little sister to the Comtesse. The ménage à trois works well as long as Lulu's pimp, Gène, sits under lock and key. Once Gène gets out, Petit Louis flees out of town for a while. When he ventures back, he finds Lulu dead.
