Il primo della saga. Narra di una bambina che vuole diventare una strega. Si trova quindi a combattere, aiutata da un popolo di folletti bellicosi, una regina che vuole portare gli incubi nel suo mondo.

Nonostante faccia parte della serie "young adult" è una storia di Mondidisco perfettamente godibile anche da un pubblico più adulto.
